Answers to some common queries
A clickable link to download your order invoice is sent out to all customers within the Order Confirmation email. Should you need us to send this out again to you don't hesitate to get in touch below.
Sometimes if a discount code is added to the cart before the International delivery address, then the system doesn't recognise the address. Try restarting the checkout process and add the address before the discount code.
If you placed your order and paid via Paypal, your order will only show the shipping address, as PayPal already has the billing address so does not need to be added in again. As long as you have had your order confirmation email, you can be safe in the knowledge that we have your order and it is being processed.
